Our Bitsy and Tipsy Champagne Dogs ornament features a pair of Willa Heart's irresistibly highbrow Staffordshire-inspired pups. Based on the Willa Heart Bitsy and Tipsy painting, this limited-edition ornament is handcrafted from 100% merino wool, with a pair of pedigreed pink pooches embroidered on both sides in pink, green, and gold. While they may appear to be identical mirror images at first glance, look closer: Bitsy is serving the bubbly while Tipsy is ready to toast! These girls are always ready to celebrate.
Bitsy and Tipsy wear tiny embroidered lockets on gold chains, and live the good life perched on embroidered green cushions finished with gold rope trim. Four sassy green tassels complete the scene. The braided hanging loop bears a tiny gold tag with the Little Goodall & Willa Heart logo.
This heirloom ornament makes a statement on a Christmas tree or wreath, but these girls (poodles, Cavaliers, or spaniels - whichever you please!) shine year-round. Our exclusive embroidery technique gives Bitsy and Tipsy dimensional texture and visual interest - you can't help but reach out and touch the smooth embroidery and the soft merino wool. Each ornament is crafted exclusively for us in India from merino wool fabric we import from the Netherlands. We'll be adding new designs to this collectible series each year, making early pieces particularly special. If these girls speak to you, don't hesitate! Created in collaboration with Alyssa Harris of Willa Heart, whose original art features personality-filled animals with saturated colors and graphic patterns in a perfect cocktail of Southern charm, Palm Beach chic, and East Coast prep. A common theme in Aly's work is pairs of pups inspired by English porcelain Staffordshire dogs - each with their own ironic expression and individual quirks.
