HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please note that shipping times shown are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include the time it takes to fulfill the order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from info@littlegoodall.com when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Little Goodall ships domestically and internationally via the method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include the time it takes to fulfill the order. International Orders Please Note: We have no ability to determine what, if any, customs, duties, or tariffs will be charged when shipping outside the US. All customs, duties, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We’re happy to help. Email us at info@littlegoodall.com to get started. For U.S. orders, we’ll provide a return label when exchanging the same item for a different size (subject to availability).
RETURNS
We’re a small studio, not a big company. Every piece we ship has been lovingly designed, pressed, tagged, and placed in a protective bag by someone on our little team. If you’ve received an order from us, you already know we pack each parcel with care. Our return policy is designed to honor that effort — and to ensure that every item returned is still in perfect condition for another family who may be waiting for that exact size or style.
We only issue store credit for returns.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are issued as store credit — a digital gift card you can use anytime.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, you may request one. A $12 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless exchanging for a different size or different item of equal or greater value. Use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags attached

Returned in original packaging (including gift box, hanger, tissue)

Not a sale item
If original packaging is unavailable, items must be returned in similar protective packaging. For example, if your item was shipped in a box, please return it in a box. We do not ship in poly mailers and will not accept returns that arrive in them.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of return approval. Items returned showing signs of wear, use, or without proper packaging may be refused or subject to a 20% condition-related deduction, which will be applied to the store credit issued.
Use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items are non-returnable. These include (but are not limited to):

Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

Hats
If a non-returnable item is sent back to us, we may refuse it or return it to you at your expense.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Every Little Goodall item goes through a detailed quality control process at multiple stages. First, our manufacturer conducts thorough checks before items are shipped to our studio. Then our in-house team inspects them again during pressing and once more during bagging and tagging. This means that it’s exceptionally rare for a flawed product to leave our studio.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged by the carrier, email us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can help resolve it and file a carrier claim if needed.
If eligible, we’ll send a replacement of the same item at no cost, depending on stock availability. We do not issue refunds for items claimed as defective.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit unless package protection was purchased at checkout. If protection was not selected, you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting and apply to all future orders.
