When we first discovered Willa Heart's cultivated animal art, we knew it belonged on clothing. Her paintings are inspired by Staffordshire porcelain dogs and traditional blue and white china patterns with a dash of wit and a whimsical twist. Her painted artwork translates beautifully into embroidery, creating something very Little Goodall.
The gorgeous light blue hue of the wool is soothing and timeless, with a contrasting darker blue collar. The embroidered spaniels sit on cushions with dimensional navy tassels, surrounded with floral accents. The A-line silhouette is as comfortable as it is flattering and gives it a vintage twirl-worthy shape little girls love. Inside, we've lined it with satin in a matching lattice print, so even the hidden details are special. Care: Like all fine coats, this style is clean only to preserve the fabric and embroidery.
Take a look at our Size Guide! This style runs true to size. The sleeves are fully lined so they can be folded up if needed. Children's coat sizes correspond to the child's age, so for an average two year old order a 2T, or a 3T if you would like room to grow!
All our Willa Heart Coats have a wool blend outer and satin charmuse lining. It is a three season coat - designed to be layered over fleeces and sweaters in the coldest weather and worn on its own in the autumn and spring.
This coat is Dry Clean Only. Most families tell us that they only need to dry clean their coat at the end of each season before they put it away for the summer.
