Luxe Fox Coat FAQ
What size should I order?
Take a look at our Size Guide! This style runs true to size, but we suggest going up one size for longer wear. The sleeves are fully lined so that they can be folded up without losing their charm. Children's coat sizes correspond to the child's age, so for an average two year old order a 2T, or a 3T if you would like room to grow!
How warm is this coat?
The Luxe Fox is one of our warmer styles because of it's wool blend outer and cozy cuddle plush lining. It is designed to be layered over fleeces and sweaters in the coldest weather and worn on its own in the autumn and spring.
When will my coat ship?
Unless listed as pre-order, your coat will ship within 1-2 business days of order. We will email you a tracking number so you can follow it safely until arrival!
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We want you to be happy with our products! You may return an item within 10 days of receipt or exchange within 14 days of receipt. For more details click here.

How do I care for my coat?
Luxe Fox Coats are Dry Clean Only. Each one comes with a tag that shares information on how to care for and store your heirloom quality garment so that it will last for generations! Most families tell us that they only need to dry clean their coat at the end of each season before they put it away for the summer.
