1980's Rose Chintz Party Frock, Size 2-3 Years

This dream of a dress has a definite Grandmillennial feel, with all the things - ruffles, flounces, big puffed sleeves, and (of course) a built in petticoat. The wallpaper print floral fabric is a glorious mix of ribbons, bows, roses, and wicker baskets. 
The brand label is Good Lad of Philadelphia and the fabric content is 100% cotton with an acetate petticoat.

It measures 24" and is 18" long from center back neck to hem, which correlates to a modern size 3-4 years, but the label reads 2T (everything was oversized in the 80's). 

Zips up the back.  

In excellent condition with no marks or flaws.
