1980's Garden Party Drop-waist Dress Size 4- 5 Years

This dress is ready for tea parties and garden parties and Daddy-Daughter Dances too. She's got princess seams, ruffles on her collar, ruffles on her big puffy sleeves, a drop-waist, and big side sashes that tie in a bow. And let's face it - she looks like a princess too! Made in a gorgeous timeless floral.

The brand label is The Children's Hour and the fabric content is 100% cotton.

The chest of the dress measures 24", the waist is 23", and the length is 23.25" long from center back neck to hem, which correlates to a modern size 4-5 years. The dress label reads 4T (everything was oversized in the 80's). 

Zips up the back.
